Bar Besuto is home to an ultra-rare Japanese whiskies from owner, Joel Best’s handpicked collection, comprising of bottles you will be hard pressed to find elsewhere. It’s the ideal spot to wait for your omakase experience or head to afterwards for a post degustation night cap. And although whisky takes main stage, there’s a select cocktail list and bar menu consisting of food prepared from Chef Michi from our Omakase.
